November 2004 - Upgrade project
: Oils and Gas Company (Egypt)
The Nile Valley Gas Company takes a business decision
to upgrade their J.D. Edward OneWorld solution from
B7332 to the 8.10 release of the software. Procedo executed
a proof of concept within our lab prior to carrying
out the upgrade with the client’s servers and
staff.
November 2004 - Integration Project
: Telecommunications company (UK)
An acquisition within the telecommunications industry
led to a need to integrate two J.D Edwards OneWorld
systems into one process and solution.
October 2004 - Support Services
renewal : Roofing manufacturer (UK)
Wendland Roofing Solutions renewed their annual Support
Services agreement with the view to further expanding
the use of the J.D Edwards OneWorld solution through
2005.
July 2004 - Support Services
client : Clothing manufacturer (UK/Morocco)
This long standing Procedo client wanted to utilise
the Support Services agreement to assist with the Moroccan
implementation of the J.D Edwards World solution.
June 2004 - New Support Services

Westcode Semiconductors saw the need to enhance their
J.D. Edwards OneWorld solution with further ad hoc training
and the use of the “what if…” email
service provided by the Support Services agreement.
The optimisation of the CNC infrastructure was of key
importance in the early days.
June 2004 - New Partnership :

Procedo become a Microsoft Business Solutions partner
for the Microsoft Axapta solution.
May 2004 - Support Services client

Argos Business Solutions see the need to develop their
use of their J.D. Edwards World solution. To better
support and develop the solution they turn to Procedo’s
Support Service offering.
March 2004 - Expense Management
implementation : Automotive Statistics company (Australia)
The US model for the Expense Management functionality
within the J.D. Edwards OneWorld solution was localised
and enhanced for their Australian operations.
January 2004 - US rollout : Oil
and Gas company (US/Holland)
A Houston based company required local assistance with
the rollout of their J.D. Edwards OneWorld solution
model into Holland.
New Support Services client 2003
- New Partnership : Oil and Gas company (Egypt)
Nile Valley Gas Company is a long standing Procedo client
that has an annual requirement to carry out an added
value audit on their J.D. Edwards OneWorld solution
each year prior to their year-end processes. This has
evolved into a more formal Support Services agreement.
October 2003 - New Support Services
client : Roofing manufacturer (UK)
Wendland Roofing Solutions sign a Support Service agreement
to help build upon the companies investment in their
J.D. Edwards OneWorld solution and to eliminate the
technical issues that they were encountering with their
installation.
April 2003 - New Business Development
Director appointed
It is with great pleasure that the Procedo management
team would like to announce that Grant Robinson has
joined the team as the Business Development Director.
Grant joins us with over 14 years of J.D. Edwards experience
and many more years of IT and industry experience.
November 2002 - European Support
Services client : Sports / entertainment company (US/UK/Germany)
This long standing US client has tasked Procedo with
supporting the J.D. Edwards OneWorld solution within
their UK and German operations instead of the international
business developing a 24x7 internal support team.
June 2002 - European implementation
and rollout : Life Sciences company (Switzerland)
A European model was constructed and rolled out across
11 different European countries. One “Big Bang”
project covered all of the countries analysis, configuration,
testing, training and go live with the J.D. Edwards
OneWorld solution.
April 2002 - Training project
: Clothing manufacturer (UK)
This long standing client successfully won an EU grant
to carry out a portfolio of training within the business.
Procedo developed and executed a J.D. Edwards World
training portfolio. The program covered Financial, Distribution
and Manufacturing functionality and also a “Train
the Trainer” workshop.
